Booking Policy

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session(s). For packages of four sessions, payment must be made in full prior to the first session to receive the discounted rate.
• Questionnaire: After booking, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help structure your sessions. Please complete this at least 48 hours before your first session.
• Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled within three months of purchase to ensure continuity and progress in your mentorship journey.

Rescheduling Policy

• Notice Requirement: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice via email.
• Rescheduling Limitations: You may reschedule up to two times per session without penalty. After this, a $15 rescheduling fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

• Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session to receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• No-Shows: If you miss a session without prior notice, it will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refund Policy

• Single Sessions: Refunds are only available for cancellations made 48+ hours before the session.
• Session Packages: Refunds for unused sessions in a package will only be issued if requested within 14 days of the first session. A prorated amount will be refunded based on the number of sessions completed.

Late Policy

• Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed if you are late. However, sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.
• Missed Time: If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
